Alex started Jagged Axe in May of 2018, fulfilling a dream and a passion he has had since he was eight years old. He loves creating memorable trail features that encourage people to get outside and ride. He loves to shred the trails in Crested Butte, CO, more specifically, Avery-Boulder Mason. His favorite mid-ride snacks are some breakfast tacos. When he isn't on his bicycle, he can be found riding his motorcycle, spelunking, or eating Thai food on his buddy Kent's couch. He loves being a trail builder and strives to produce the most smiles per mile.

Alex Scott

Owner & Director of Operations

Kelsie Scott

Owner & Executive Administrator

Kelsie does all of the things Alex doesn't want to do, and loves it! She gets to use her organization and planning skills to help Jagged Axe run smoothly. She loves challenging herself on her mountain bike and usually has a granola bar or some shot bloks in her pocket along the way. She never gets tired of Viking Trail in Snowmass, CO. When she isn't riding, she's probably doing something crafty while watching Criminal Minds. She loves being involved in the mountain bike community and running a business with her best friend.
Josh is an original member of the Jagged Axe crew. He helps keep the crew organized and focused and has the best eye for details. He enjoys working around like minded people on a common goal that has a positive influence on the world around him. He loves working for Jagged Axe because it allows him to use his creative mind out in nature. He would shred the Crest Trail in Park City, UT any chance he gets and most likely there would be a classic juicy apple in his riding pack. When he isn't outside, you can find him playing table-top games with his friends.

Josh Vail

Project Manager

Tim is head of Strategic Mechanized Earth Placement and has been with Jagged Axe since the beginning! When Tim isn’t moving the earth, you can catch him doing laps on his dirt bike and bothering his wife about new parts he needs for said dirt bike. When he’s shredding his mountain bike, he likes to have a break with some cookies or gummy chews. Tim has had his most memorable moments on the Chili Dog trail in Glorieta, NM and the Roly Poly trail at Trestle Bike Park in Colorado. Tim loves working for Jagged Axe because his creativity is never limited or shot down.

Tim Kosters

Machine Operator

Taylor has been a part of our Follow Krew team since October of 2018. He loves getting to be a part of the trail building process from start to finish. His favorite trail is Mt. Elden in Flagstaff, AZ, and he enjoys a good PB&J for a snack. In addition to mountain biking, he enjoys riding motorcycles, running, and spending time on the lake. Taylor likes working for Jagged Axe because he gets to play in the dirt and he loves riding motos, e-bikes, and mountain bikes with the crew!

Grant started working for Jagged Axe in October of 2018 as a part of our follow crew. He loves riding the gnarliest trails, so Deliverance, a Jagged Axe original, is definitely one of his favorites. His favorite trail snack is straight up peanut butter, usually right from the jar. He also enjoys playing his guitar. He loves working for Jagged Axe because we "build the steepest, gnarliest downhill in Arkansas!"

Colten joined the crew in June of 2019. He is an all around cyclist because if he isn't on his mountain bike you can catch him on the road bike laying down some wattage. His favorite trail is Atonement in Eureka Springs, AR and he loves slurping down some Clif Bar Gels out on the trail. He loves working with Jagged Axe on our Arkansas projects to help take riding in his home state to the next level.

DJ Wibbelsman

Follow Crew

In the Fall of 2019 DJ traded in his desk job to go play in the woods! He had always dreamed of getting to dig in the dirt and build sweet things to ride and he made it a reality. You can see him shredding laps on Schroen Train in Bentonville, AR most likely with a chocolate chip Clif Bar in his pack. He also enjoys rock climbing, white water kayaking, and he is a stellar drummer. He is excited to be working with Jagged Axe and make a career in the trail building industry.
